English. Notes are given on the present diffusion in Italy of the neoarctic aphid Appendiseta robiniae (Gill.), which is now widespreading through the European continent. Its biological and ecological features, morphological details (on alate parthenogenetic female and 4th instar nymph), and damages to the host plant, Robinia pseudoacacia L., are also outlined
