This study was conducted to investigate glucosinolate content variation caused by the environmental condition in rapeseed. The environmental factor was of different fertilizer application levels. The glucosinolate content was lower at the higher level of nitrogen fertilizer application. But the content of glucosinolate was higher at the higher phosphate application level
