This study was carried out to investigate the yield of leaf and bark in different tree age in Eucommia ulmoides Oli. Organic and inorganic content were analyzed in harvested matter of leaf and bark. The growth of height and stem diameter of tree were much vigorous in the leaf harvest of May 20 and Oct. 20 than those of other leaf harvest time. The amount of organic components in leaf was height in the order of non-fibrous (56-58 %), crude fiber, crude protein, ash and crude fat and that of inorganic components was increased. Increasing rate of growth and bark yield in different tree ages were most accelerated between 6 and 8 years old of tree age. The amount of K, Ca and Fe in bark was increased in older tree age but that of Mg and Cu was increased in younger tree age
