On the basis of the knowledge of hydrolysis kinetics and its parameters and the results obtained from the pilot reactor using one ton of corn stover dry matter daily, this work is a study on its use in industry with a gradual increase of the reactor. A capacity of 100 tons of corn stover dry matter, daily, was chosen, but hydrolysis of corn stover chemicellulose was a part of the first step together with xylose production, while glucose production from cellulose was a part of the second step in the process. Lignin and the rest of the cellulose, which was not broken down, can be used in the process as fuel.
