This paper presents the results of laboratory tests carried out into the effect of various constant temperatures (15,18,21,25 and 28 deg C), at 75-85% relative humidity and a photoperiod of L/D 16/8 upon fertility, course and rate of egg laying of Adoxophyes orana (apple and pear fruit tortrix moth in Yugoslavia). The effect of population density upon the number of eggs laid was investigated as well.
