It was established that peeled soybean, when compared to the unpeeled, contains more oil, ranging from 13.6% to 16.8% and from 13.1% to 16.6% more protein. The technological process of the production of bread, enriched with soybean protein, meals for schoolchildren based on potatoes, enriched with soybean protein, as well as sterile baby food, for the nutrition of small children, based on carrots, also enriched with soybean protein, have all been developed.
