The feeds of animal origin have an average percentage of proteins 54-81%, cereals 8.8-13%, industrial flour by-products 13-15%, pods 22-34.3%, sunflower molasses and soya molasses 32.6-43%. Sunflower molasses contain two times more methionine than soy molasses. The application of decortication in the production of sunflower molasses is indispensable for the increase of the protein content
