The effect of feeding bone scrap-gluten meal on the performance of broiler chickens

Feeding effects of bone scrap, bone scrap gluten and gluten meal in two broiler chickens fattening experiments were investigated. Broilers from 6 to 52 days of age were fed the standard feeding mixtures BR1 and BR2 in which 4 percent of animal proteins were replaced by bone scrap, bone scrap gluten and gluten meal. The composition of feeds did not influence the meat performance of broilers.
