The use of latex flocculation test for detection of rice tungro and rice grassystunt virus. Bacto latex 0,81 um in diameter were sensitized against rice tungro bacilliform virus (RTBV), rice tungro special virus (RTSV) and rice grassystunt virus (RGSV) anti serum. The antisera has a titre of 1/1,600, 1/320 and 1/2,560 by ring interface precipitation, respectively. Up to 1/500, 1/160 and 1/30 of dilutions of diseased leaves extract has a positive reaction against anti-RGSV, RTBV and RTSV latex sensitizing respectively
