The analytical data implied that the greatest quantities of the plant-available Cu, Zn, and Mn were extracted with DTPA at pH 7.6. The content of the Mn and Zn in plant (in corn leaves) were correlated with Mn extracted by DTPA at pH 7.3, 7.6 and 10.7 and with Zn extracted by DTPA at pH 7.6 and 10.7. Statistical analysis showed that greater attention should be given to the DTPA at pH 7.6 for simultaneous extraction of plant-available Cu, Zn, and Mn
