Effect of potato-scucrose agar peptone and wart mediums on the growth, sporulation and germination of conidia of 10 Paecillomyces farinous strains was studied. The results point to great intraspecial differentiation in the fungus strain analysed. The content of the medium affected significantly life activity of the entomo pathogene examined
