In the years 1982 and 1983 the experiments has been made concerning the changes in the content of each chemical component in 6 apple-cultivars in different time-limits of their growth and after 150 days of storage in cold storage. There were analysed changes in content of the following components: dry matter, total carbohydrates, pectins, extracts, active acidity and electric potential
