The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of corn spacing in intercropping systems and mulching on potato tuber yield. Three factors examined were potato varieties, corn row spacings and mulching. The experiment was conducted at Cisarua at about 900 m above sea level. Results showed that corn intercropped at 2.25 m spacing did not decrease potato yield significantly, but corn intercropped at 1.50 m spacing did. Corn shading at close row spacing reduced yield by decreasing the tuber yield of medium and big size. Mulching increased yield by rising the tuber yield of medium and big size, and decreased tuber yield
