["Maternal side" haploid breeding by the cultivation of immature fertilized ovary and ovule]

The influential factor (original plant genesis, material, medium) for cultivation of immature ovary and ovule, and biological base of "maternal side" haploid induction were studied. Some problems of pollen and anther cultivation was also researched. It could be applied to the plant of male sterility, in which micro-embryogenesis could not be induced from microspore, and organ of callus was not differentiated
