The investigation demonstrated that applying Ambush 25 EC may cause the appearance of polyploidal and aneuploidal cells as well as gametes with an incomplete chromosome number. Considering a decidedly higher number of disturbances occurring in lower temperatures it is safer to apply the insecticide in range of temperatures 15-20 degrees C
