The method for determination of aluminium content in plant materials was selected. The conditions of this element determination using atomic absorption spectrophotometry with electrothermal atomization were elaborated and checked. The analytical procedure includes dry mineralization of the tested samples at temperature up to 500 degrees C during 16 h or wet mineralization with nitric acid followed by Al determination by the ETAAS using automatic platform system.
