Effect of leguminous seed ensilaging on tannin and trypsin inhibitor content

During laboratory experiments a quality of silages from ground field bean seeds and ground peas seeds were determined. The decrease by 60 percent of trypsin inhibitor content in seeds during the ensiling was stated. Ensiling did not affect the tannin content in leguminous seeds
