An experiment on layer hens fed the diet supplemented with 2 percent of rapeseed oil or tallow or 3 percent of greaves. All investigated fat additives caused the decrease of egg weight as well as an increase of laying rate in hens. An improvement of yolk colour by giving the greaves in diet was stated
