Effect of steamed potato silage content in diet on rearing performance and slaughter value of broiler ducks

An experiment on broiler ducks fed a diet containing 10 or 30 percent of steamed potato silage was carried out. No effect of 10 but not 30 percent diet potato silage level on weight gain in ducks was stated. The worse feed conversion efficiency in ducks given the steamed potato silage in diet was noticed. The positive correlation between the diet potato silage content and lean content in carcass was observed
