[A contribution study of biological diversity in Syria]

The study showed the present situation of the biological diversity and the ecosystems of forests, wild plants and wild animals which became rare and on the way of extinction. The study also explained the effect of removing forests, overgrazing, fires, hunting on the ecological balance and natural resources in Syria. The recommendations and procedures which must be taken to protect the biological diversity were mentioned
