Eftects of fertilization on growth of 2-yr-old Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dehnh. A randomized block design of 3 blocks and 13 treatments: fertilizers including urea (46n), NPK (20-20-0) and NPK (15,15,15) with 4 rates, 25, 50, 75 and 100 gm/tree/yr Fertilizer applications were done twice, in July 1984 and April 1985. The current finding suggested that the fertilizers applied in various kinds and levels aftected dbh, height, biomass and foliar nutrient content. NPK application at the rate of 50 gm/tree/yr equivalent to 62.5 kg/ha/yr was the most favorable level for growth stimulation. Urea and NP showed less positive effects in comparison to NPK. NP fertilization made P content in leaves increase while the increasing of K content was a result of NPK application. The foliage Ca content was increased with increasing amount of NP fertilization. All kinds of fertilizer applied affected the foliar Mg concentration, but not Na.
