Thesis first surveys rice storage pests present in Guyana followed by an examination of the management procedures employed in their control. Experiments and evaluation of the performance of acid-activated kaolin as grain protectants were outlined. Recommendation for improvement in IPM for Guyana rice storage was made in collaboration with survey results and experiment evaluation.
