Bacteriological and pathological investigation of the upper and lower respiratory tract in sheep

This study was designed to investigate the bacterial species that induce upper and lower respiratory tract infection in sheep and to find out any relationship which may exist between them. Therefore two groups of sheep were employed. The first group was suffering from certain respiratory sign, while the second group was apparently healthy, each group included 50 sheep. Clinical, bacteriological and histopathological examination were carried out on both groups.
