L'analyse d'echantillon de racines de bananier a permis de distinguer 4 types de symptomes et d'isoler les champignons qui leur sont associes, et a montre les interactions positives: Meloidogyne sp-R solani et Medoloigyne sp-F solani, et negatives: R. Similis et R. Solani, et l'absence d'interaction entre R. Similis et A. Kiliense.
