Potato utilization technology transfer

A home economic official and a primary school teacher were trained on potato utilization. A number of recipes of main dishes, snacks and desserts were taught to these teachers who later trained 10-25 farmers and 40-50 school children in Chiang Mai province [Thailand]. The acceptability of the different dishes was evaluated.
