Villavieja, G.M. (Food and Nutrition Research Inst., Taft Ave., Metro Manila (Philippines))
The study made use of the Nationwide Nutrition Survey data collected by FNRI [Food and Nutrition Research Inst., Metro Manila, Philippines] in 1982. The study can be most useful in conducting surveys where there are limited resources for gathering comprehensive information on dietary situation and also in frequent monitoring of nutrient intake of the Philippine population as an indicator of the nutritional situation. Review of statistical model and summarization of initial regression results generated by income quartile and level of food expenditure were undertaken.
