An attempt of production of turbid juice from the rose (Rosa rugosa) fruits within an industrial technologic line has been undertaken. Chilled fruits were set free from petioles, warmed up and depectinized. The pulp was put under the Bucher Guyer's press, to obtain the juice containing over 600 mg percents of ascorbic acid as well as considerable amounts of polyphenols and carotenoids. Wastes after pressure can be used as a raw material for production of pharmaceutic preparation of procyanidines and edible carotenoid dyestuff
