Six species of Mallophaga parasites on marine birds Pelecaniformes are redescribed: Austromenopon miloni (Seguy, 1949) and Saemundssonia upoluensis (Rudow, 1870) on Phaeton lepturus Daudin; Eidmaniella pustulosa (Nitzsch, 1866) and Pectinopygus (P.) bassani (Fabricius, 1870) on Sula bassana (L.); P. (P.) sulae (Rudow, 1869) on Sula leucogaster (Bodd.) and P. (Philichthyophaga) brevicornis (Denny, 1842) on Phalacrocorax aristotelis (L.). Menacanthus sp. on Sula bassana (L.) is also appointed being a new record on that host. Morphological and biometrical characters of the species are given
