Effect of meadow hay and wilted grass silage in diets on ewe productivity

An experiment on 160 ewes fed a diet containing different amounts of meadow hay and haylage was carried out. No effect of meadow hay and haylage content in diet on weight gain and wool production in ewes was stated. The slightly better reproductive performance in ewes given up to 3 kg of haylage in diet was observed
