Over the years 1987-89 a seven-factor experiment (2 exp (n-m)) with winter wheat (cv. Emilka) was conducted in five experimental stations. The following factors were included in the experiment: seedling date, seedling rate, level of nitrogen fertilization, timing of nitrogen, foliar treatment with multielement fertilizer, fungicide and retardant application. Seeding time and chemical protection before diseases had greatest effect on wheat yield
