Chromium industrial sediment as a magnesium fertilizer on acid soils

The experiment showed that on the acid sandy soil with rather low Mg content the sediment did not significantly increase potato crops. It also did not change the content of main mineral nutrients, even magnesium. Chromium sediment increased the content of available magnesium in soil and increased the content of HCl - soluble and exchangeable aluminium. The chromium sediment did not increase Cr content in potatoes
