Composition of carcass half of the Slovak Pinzgau bulls and crossbreds of F10, F1 generations with the Red-Spotted Lowland breed

The pattern of basic body tissues of F10, F1 generation crossbreds compared to the Slovak Pinzgau bulls was affected by hereditary proportion of the Red-Spotted breed. It has reflected in the increased intermuscular and surface tallow production and its deposition by 18.89 percent in F10 crossbred generation, in F1 by 11.48 percent, while the muscle content of these bulls has reduced by 1.82 or 1.43 percent compared to Pinzgau breed. In addition, a higher bone proportion in these crossbreds was observed (10.78, 3.27 percent).
