In vitro regeneration of the grenate mountain ash-tree (Crataegosorbus miczurinii)

Results of in vitro regeneration of grenate mountain ash-tree are presented. The presence of BAP (1.0 mg.l-1) and GA3 in cultivation medium stimulated formation of axillary buds. The average number of differentiated shoots per one explant was 6.7. Shoots 33.6 mm long rooted in a medium with lowered content of macrosalts (S3 1/2). 90-95 percent of shoots rooted in cultivation medium containing 1.0 and 2.0 mg.l-1 IBA.
