Study on planting and harvesting time of sorghum for ratoon crop was conducted at Suphan Buri FCRC and Banmai Samrong FCES. Red sorghum was planted at 2 planting dates (1, 30 Aug 85) and harvested at 2 harvesting times (after 50 % flowering 30, 45 days) in the late rainy season of 1985. At 2 location, sorghum did not give ratoon cause of lacking rainfall or soil moisture content. So in next year's research, the irrigation would be applied after harvesting.
