Cytogenetic study of nine A.I. bulls and twenty four heifers which have reproductive problems was performed by using lymphocyte culture and conventional giemsa staining technique. Microscopic and photographic examination revealed normal karyotype for all samples. The A.I. bull had the chromosome number of 2n=60, xy and the heifer of 2n=60, xx. This finding agreed with the previous reports that the incidence of chromosome aberration was lesser in dairy cattle.
