Monoclonal antibody (MoAb) production to Newcastle disease virus (NDV) strain ITA and screening by indirect immunoperoxidase test (IIP). Most of them react to velogenic strains (9 isolates), one showed cross reaction to NDV strain LaSota and strain BI, but none of them showed cross reaction to NDV strain F or V4.
