The production of palm oil in Indonesia is very high which will tend to decrease the price. Thus, diversification is necessary to get added value in order to anticipate palm oil over supply. Fat splitting is one of basic oleochemical to produce fatty acid and glycerol. Fat splitting of crude palm oil (CPO) and palm kernel oil (PKO) in medium pressure can produce around 55-60 percent of fatty acid and 9 percent glycerol. Fatty acid crystallization with the acid of n-hexane solvent, will produce fatty acid about 44,3 percent stearic phase with iodine value of 4.26
