Two tiers housing for commercial laying hens

Economical efficacy of commercial laying flock maintained on deep litter (C) and on two-tiers pen (T-T) was compared. The higher stocking density on 1 sq. m of production surface and economical efficacy in T-T system than in that C was stated. The lower body weight, laying performance and feed intake in T-T hens than in control ones was observed
