The method of assessment of a need for transformation of spatial structure of agriculture in the village and commune scale on the basis of concept of a model state area management is presented. The designed method beside the assessment of needs permits to estimate the existing state of land management through number indexes determined with proportion of absolute transformation needs to the value of feature of existing state.
