The immunologic characteristic of a collection of soybean varieties has been determined in a long-term field experiment against an inoculation background. The data are cited which showed the principal possibility to use the reaction of the pollen on the fusaric acid (the non-specific toxin of the agent of soybean Fusarium root rot) for the evaluation of corn resistance to the disease. On the basis of the proved correlation between the pollen sensivity to the toxin and the immunologic characteristic of the varieties' collection, an express-method of the resistance evaluation has been developed. This method can be used for the screening of the collected material and for the selection of high-resistant soybean samples as an effective addition to the traditional breeding methods. Promising initial soybean forms have been developed by the combination of these methods
