French. Les etudes etaient realisees en periode de 1986-1988. Intensite des temperatures basses d'hiver: de -20 a -26,5 degrees C. Diminution de la productivite du raisin avait un effet favorable sur la qualite du vin, influencant en meme temps la composition chimique et l'appreciation organoleptique des vins. Les cepages etudies dans les conditions agroecologique donnees, ont montre une persistence satisfaisante par rapport aux temperatures extremement basses, surtout les cepages: Kladovska bela, Godominka, Jagodinka, Srpski rubin, Krajinski bojadiser et Zupski bojadiser.
