Optimizing nutrient medium content in clonal micropropagation of Rupestris du Lot rootstock [grapevine]

The nutrient medium content for clonal micropropagation of the rootstock Rupestris du Lot was optimized by methods of mathematical planning. The optimization was performed after plan B on the basis of M/S nutrient medium. The dirigible factors were X1 - concentration of macrosalts, X2 - concentration of microsalts and X3 - concentration of IAA (indolyl-3-acetic acid). The coefficient of multiplication was taken as a parameter of optimization. It was recorded by the number of subcultivated microcuttings with possibilities of regeneration. Highest coefficient of multiplication Y = 5.427 was observed at 0.4 concentration of macrosalts according to M/S, 0.79 concentration of microsalts according to M/S and IAA content 0.3 mg/l.
