The effect of the milk basic ingredients on the accuracy of the milk testing devices

By carrying out the experimental investigations, the representative validity of the devices for milk testing, mounted on partial and ration milk measuring gauges, has been analyzed under real life conditions. As regards the fat content factor, not a single apparatus has shown an average error smaller 3 which means that the devices for fat content testing still contain some design flaws and are not to be recommended for practical use
