Amino acids requirements of the living organisms correspond to the quantity of the amino acids which is required so that maintenance reproductive activity and most probably a some production can be achieved. It is well established that the quantity of amino acids which is produced in the digestive tract of ruminants, is marginal especially when the animals are highly productive. This last statement has been proved by numerous trials. Supplementing the animals with essential amino acids through fistulas to the level of abomasum or duodenum. At present it is not fisible the determination of the exact quantity of amino acids which are necessary to be available to the animal tissues throught the digesting processes. On the other hand it is not possible to estimate the exact amino acid needs of the animals for a given biological condition. Despite the limited knowledge it is well known which amino acids play the important role and are limiting production especially for the basic directions of production. In some cases it is possible to estimate even the quantities of those amino acids, which are necessary to be supplemented to the level of the small intensive so that to meet animal demands. The optimum wool production requires very often the supplementation of sulfure containing amino acids. This limiting amino acids in the case of short supplementation are lysine and methionine. When other feed stuffs are used it is not possible to define the limiting amino acids as well as the priorities to be provided since the knowledge on which amino acids are reaching the small intestine is not well documented
