This article reviews recent development in the field of canine liver diseases. Particularly, it describes the classification, the diagnostic aids (clinical signs, laboratory evaluation, histopathology, X-ray and ultrasonografic examination) and the management and treatment of canine liver diseases, as well as their complications.
