Permanent property and structure exchange, market loss in the earlier COMECON Countries, EC embargo imposed through the foot-and-mouth disease detected in Italy but striking the exporter countries, the UN embargo cutting back our foreign trading chances, significant depression in the domestic consumption, the constant and large gap between the agricultural and industrial prices, the general liquidity crisis appearing in bankruptcy proceedings and winding-up, running through the fortune, considerable reduction in profit producing capacities, the periodic aridity, and - as a consequence of all these - shrinking commodity stocks on the one hand, in relation to EC, EFTA and the Visegrad Group there is, however, a free trade agreement system confirmed by contracts, based on an earlier production potential, providing for timely growing market possibilities and improving rentability in the foreign markets on the other. After these preliminary remarks, it is worth examining the outset in 1993 as well as the role played by the agrarian sector in the world market
