[Changes of the soil agrochemical properties and the quality of scedlings in the tree nurseries inspected in 1994]

The investigation carried out by the scientsts of the LUA, Forest Science department on soil properties and seedling quality in the tree nurseries of Latvia (1991-1994) is described. The investigation data including the changes in soil reaction, soil phosphorus and potassium content as well as seedling quality obtained from the tree nurseries in different regions of Latvia have been analysed and are shown in tables. The results of the analyses are discussed.
