The process of manufacturing laminated material comprising the steps of: a) drying the coconut bark until the moisture content is below 10 percent; b) cutting the bark to desired shapes; c) pounding the bark until completely flat; d) in laying the bark on the surface of the carcass using polylite glue; e) applying pressure on top of the bark; f) curing the polylite glue at room temperature until completely dry; g) removing the pressure applied on top of the bark; h) sanding the bark until smooth and even; i) applying clear polylite glue on the surface of the bark; j) curing the clear polylite glue at room temperature until completely dry; k) sanding the surface until smooth and even; and l) buffing the surface with a buffing compound
