During 4 years field experiment the studies of humus composition in soil aggregates were carried out. The results show that both doses (210 and 324 kg/ha) of NPK (without Ca) significantly decreased humus quality of soil aggregates. As a consequence of interaction of lower dose of NPK with both doses (1.7 and 7.4 t/ha) of CaO3 the level of total C content in soil aggregates was restored during the crop rotation
