Genetic analysis of 6 quantitative characters for two inbred lines of rye

Basing on the results of analysis it has been found the additive dominant model of inheritance for grains weight per ear. In the other traits epistasis was observed. Duplicative epistasis was found for plant height, number of grains per ear, 1000 grains weight and grains weight per ear. Transgression has been found for grains weight per ear, plant height and ear's compactness. Dominance of higher values of traits appeared in F1 and changing of dominance's direction took place in F2. Coefficients of heritability were low and oscillated between 0.10 for tillering and 0.42 for compactness
